By using the VoiceClone TTS Twitch Extension ("Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.
VoiceClone TTS allows Twitch viewers to submit text-to-speech messages and lets broadcasters manage available voices for their channel. Some features may rely on Twitch platform functionality and third-party audio providers.
Broadcasters control what is published on their channel. A broadcaster can choose to approve messages and new voices before they are published, can let their moderators do the same, and can remove any voice or stop any message at any time. A message that is rejected never plays.
Bits are handled by Twitch under Twitch's terms. We never see or store billing details. If a message cannot play, or the broadcaster rejects it, you can send another message of up to the same length without using Bits again.
The Extension is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including when required by Twitch, service providers, security concerns, or technical limitations.
The Extension may rely on third-party services for audio generation, hosting, or delivery. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes caused by those providers.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Extension if we reasonably believe usage violates these terms, Twitch policies, applicable law, or the safety of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Extension is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceClone TTS and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the Extension.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
